Have a request for how close your charms are together? Put it in the notes section at checkout. AND - keep an eye on your email because we'll be sending you a picture of the necklace for final approval before shipping.

Please Note: Charms and the chains you see are very close to their actual size but may vary slightly in sizing and may not be exactly to scale.

*Disclaimer: all pieces are made by hand and take at least 14 business days (no weekends) to create and then will ship out after that. Please be patient with us as we work through creating your custom piece. If you order this along with ready to ship styles, they will ship together when your charm necklace is complete. 

Because of this, all charm necklaces are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with charms missing.
