Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Our turn around time for shipping is 3-5 business days. If you need something shipped out sooner please email us ASAP to let us know! If you have any questions please let me know BEFORE purchasing!

All packages are insured up to $100. If your package is lost during transit, you will need to contact USPS to claim the insurance. Highway Hippie LLC is not responsible for claiming insurance on lost packages. If you need our assistance please email us with all documents and information regarding your order.


Once an order is placed, we CANNOT add anything else to that order. We also do not combine orders. We have multiple people helping us package orders and we package orders based off the order number and the items in the order. To ensure that we do not leave out items, we do don’t add or combine to orders. Please make sure that you have everything you need in your cart before checking out!

If you receive an item that is damaged or receive the wrong item, please contact highwayhippiejewelry@gmail.com within 3-5 business days after receiving the item. Be sure to include the order number, a picture of the item and give a description of the issue.


If you choose to cancel an order after the shipping label has been printed,
 the shipping will NOT be refunded. Once a package has been dropped off at the post office, the package is 100% in the hands of USPS. Highway Hippie LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost/damage you will need to contact USPS. Insurance is provided by Highway Hippie LLC for all packages.


If your tracking number shows that your package is delivered and it’s not there, you will need to contact your local post office.

RETURNS:

Store credit will be offered for returns. This will be provided with an e-gift card that will be emailed to you. Store credit won't be provided until the item is returned to Highway Hippie LLC. Highway Hippie LLC is not responsible for the cost of shipping an return items back to us. Only the cost of the item(s) and tax will be refunded, shipping will NOT be refunded. Once an item has shipped, the cost of shipping is NONREFUNDABLE.

If you are returning an item, you’ll need to email us within 1-3 business days after receiving the item. The item needs to be shipped back to us next business day after emailing us. The tracking number for the return package will need to be emailed to us showing that the item is currently in transit. If we do not receive the item within 7 business days after we have been notified via email, the item(s) will no longer be eligible for a return and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item(s) back to them.
if a return package is delayed due to USPS the customer will not be penalized for that

INVOICES:

All invoices MUST be paid within an hour of receiving them! We will no longer hold any items for longer than an hour! Failure to pay an invoice will result in the item going back on the website and you will lose access to invoices in the future!

We HIGHLY recommend to not wear any Highway Hippie jewelry in lakes, pools and/or the ocean. This can cause discoloration and erosion of stones. We are not responsible for any damages due to wearing Highway Hippie jewelry in lakes, pools, and/ or the ocean. If you have any questions please email us BEFORE purchasing!
